Onboarding of promoters

Hamilton Bright Brand Activation provides brand activation and sales promotion for many A-brands. They do this on and around the shop floor, but also at company events. HBtraining has developed an onboarding programme for all new Hamilton Bright Brand Activation team members, who have the role of sales and event promoters. This training enables the employees to become productive in their role rapidly and gives them a warm welcome too. Since promoters mainly work for brands in shops, another aim is to teach and inform the target group about Hamilton Bright Brand Activation and to make them more committed.

Visually attractive

Promoters are mainly young people who do promotion work as a job on the side. We have developed a visually attractive onboarding programme with a lot of video content, which therefore fits the target group.


Insight in your working day

The onboarding programme clearly explains what your working day as a promoter looks like, what you’re expected to do and how the organisation works. Furthermore, it tells you why it’s fun to work for Hamilton Bright Brand Activation, you can find an FAQ and a handy cheat sheet which summarises the most important elements of your work day. Your knowledge is tested by means of quizzes. All ingredients to get the promotor up and running are present!

Retail chains in consumer electronics have a huge product range, products with all kinds of new technical gadgets. For these chains, such as MediaMarkt, Coolblue and BCC, it is therefore extremely important that their sellers have sufficient knowledge about all these products. And this knowledge is provided by the product brand.

Jumbo Extra's

Jumbo Extras is Jumbo's new customer program. This allows customers to save for free groceries, discount on trips and fun extras. To bring Jumbo Extras to the attention of customers, Jumbo uses hosts. To prepare these hosts for their role, HBtraining developed an e-learning for Jumbo.

Nespresso Academy

Make sure that our sales team and consultants execute every customer contact perfectly and turn them into real brand ambassadors. With this challenge, Nespresso turned to HBtraining for help. Having 32 different types of coffee and a big turnover of employees alone, this was a huge challenge.

Mercedes C-Sales training programme

For her new salespeople, Mercedes-Benz has developed a training programme: C-sales, also known as Certified Sales. This programme is based on seven competencies that a Mercedes-Benz salesperson should have to a sufficient extent.
