    Our first DISC workshop in Oslo!

    Our trainer Francis traveled to Oslo to provide a DISC team session for an international client. We are happy to take you along in this amazing experience. The client's request was to organize a DISC workshop as a kick-off to their offsite training. In addition to sharing knowledge, they especially wanted interaction and dynamics. The aim of the training was to get to know and understand each other's behavior and communication style better, but also to work together optimally within the teams. 

    How did we achieve this?

    Packed with 11 Meaningful flips and sweatbands in DISC colors, Francis traveled to Oslo. The participants were high-paced doers and sitting still is certainly not a good idea during a kick-off event. They actively worked on the flips and very quickly formed teams with their colleagues who showed the same DISC behavioral preference style.

    The result

    By turning the right knobs you can adapt to the communication style of your collague and get the most out of every interaction. As a result, everyone knows what to do to optimally work together, understand each other and make clear agreements to limit and prevent allergies. Each person brings a different tempo and quality which was a wonderful eye opener for the whole group!
